• Review drafts before signing;

• Notify us of changes affecting your will.

You remain responsible for the final contents and execution of your will.

A draft prepared through our platform only becomes legally effective once executed in accordance with applicable South African law.

Electronic completion of a questionnaire does not itself create a valid will.

Fees become payable upon purchase or engagement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable once drafting has commenced;
• Additional revisions may attract additional fees;
• Storage services may carry recurring charges.

Documents may be delivered:

• Electronically;
• Through secure portal access; or
• Physical delivery where offered.

Our services rely on information supplied by clients.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect instructions;
• Failure to sign correctly;
• Loss arising from failure to update a will;
• Delays caused by third parties.

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

All website content and templates remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend services where:

• Information appears inaccurate;
• Fraud is suspected;
• Fees remain unpaid.
